But, as with every ligament and muscle their development lags a little behind the job they do. They will catch up though unless their job is taken over. Then they wilt and lose strength and that's exactly what a bra does and causes. Women survived for hundreds of thousands of years living very active lives without bras. You can too. Just never wear a bra and allow your body to do what it designed to do. And remember that all those so called experts have a vested interest in persuading you to believe that you really do need a bra. YOU TRULY DO NOT.
